Staffing Assessment It is important to to recognize that systems, equipment, and physical locations impact the provision of services and that industry standards can only be utilized as guides; rational staffing patterns should account for the differences between hospitals and the guidelines. This service includes analyzing a facility's current service levels and assessing the reasonableness of its staffing patterns. Staffing can be made more efficient as a result of improving departmental locations, updating antiquated systems, and upgrading equipment.
