M.L. Schwartz & Associates has historically maintained two rate schedules. The first rate schedule is provided to individual hospitals and the second is a contract rate schedule.

The contract rate schedule provides each individual facility within the chain with a fee schedule based upon the maximum quantity discount an individual hospital can obtain. The contract schedule is based upon the overall business provided by all of the chain's facilities.

Individual hospitals or systems are only provided with the contract rate schedule when they are willing to contract for a minimum of 750 hours in a calendar year or a minimum of 250 hours per year on a multi-year contract.

Our fees for major assignments such as medical staff surveys, facility plans, and strategic plans can be provided on an hourly rate schedule, a fixed fee schedule, and, in some cases, a modified contingency fee basis.
