2. Development of New Hospitals

Experience developing six new hospitals, including all facets:

• Concept Development
• Completion of government regulations required for new facilities (CON)
• Review of sites and selection of site based upon competitive analysis (SWAT)
• Development of the facility plan
• Working with the architect to implement the design
• Working with the contractors to maintain the integrity of the selected design
• Development of the equipment list
• Acquiring the approved equipment
• Hiring members of the executive staff and departmental managers as well as lead supervisors
• Developing the dedication ceremony and bringing all the necessary pieces together
• Initial operation of the new facility
